Lyn Vince is respected throughout the film and entertainment industries for her ability to successfully complete special project entertainment financing and restructuring. Ms. Vince has over 25 years of financial experience in both public and private sectors, closing over $150,000,000 in film funding.
Ms. Vince's expertise includes the implementation and closing of equity, subordinated debt, banking facilities for independent films and film companies. Financings have involved various collateral arrangements of international distribution rights, tax incentives, co-productions and cross-funding equity arrangements, revenue insurance bonds and private sector high net-worth investor equity funds.

SCOTT WATSON
POST PRODUCTION PRODUCER

In 1990, Scott Watson switched his college major from physics to motion pictures and has never looked back since. Scott's wildly ambitious student films with their elaborate production values led him to the doors of Keystone Pictures, where he shepherded the completion of almost a dozen feature films for Disney and eventually became Keystone's Vice President of Post Production. During his 12 years at Keystone, Scott also worked closely with their development, marketing, distribution, and production divisions.

Scott is known for consistently raising the bar, implementing new methods and technology, and above all, pushing for entertainment of the highest caliber. He continues this work at Infinity Features.
